Memory 20\/2022, known as the Grandchildren\u2019s Law, recognizes the right to opt for Spanish nationality to foreigners who apply before October 21, 2025 and who meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Those born outside Spain of a father, mother, grandfather or grandmother of Spanish origin who, because they had to go into exile, had lost
